RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before you raise a return, please understand majority of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India. There may be slight variation in design, colour, size & finish. Please do not consider these variations as defect.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Unshipped order: Order can be cancelled, we will process 100% refund within 7-10 working days.

Shipped order: Shipped orders can be cancelled, appropriate shipping charges will be deducted. Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Orders can be cancelled from “The Bombay Store” Website or Please call or email our customer care alternatively to Cancel your order.

 

RETURN & REPLACEMENT

We accept returns/replacement under following conditions:

Damaged product – Any products received by the customer in damaged condition is to be informed to the customer support team within 48 hours. Please mention a remark on courier POD when receiving your order. When raising complaint kindly share following details:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Order number
  • Images of damaged product and packaging

Wrong product received – I you receive a wrong product please inform our customer support team within 48 hours. When raising complaint kindly share following details:

  • Order number
  • Images of the wrong product delivered and packaging.

 

REVERSE PICK UP

  • We do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.
  • Some of pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send back the products by themselves.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • No exchange returns after 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges would be processed after receipt of item(s).
  • No refunds/replacement for International orders under any condition.
  • Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at our offline stores.
  • Please ensure that the returned product is in unused & undamaged condition. Please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels, freebies etc.) while raising returns or replacement request/s. 
  • Funds will be credited back to the original mode of payment only. For COD orders, refunds will be made via E-Voucher/Credit note/Loyalty amount.
  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to provide the resolution to any situation as it deemed to fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  • Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong product is shipped.
  • No exchange/return for discounted products
  • If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.
