How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will get periodic updates through SMS & Email at registered mobile number and email. Our courier partner will also send you an SMS with shipment tracking link.

To track your order for real time status you can follow the following steps.

• Login to your account

• Go to orders page.

• Select your order and check for courier details.

• Go to respective courier website.

• Track your shipment by checking your AWB details.

Are all The Bombay Store products handmade?

Most of our products are handmade for more details you can refer to product descriptions.

Which are the various mode of payments accepted?

We accept all online mode of payments like Debit card/Credit card/ Netbanking & UPI.

Do you ship your products Internationally?

Can I change shipping address after I place my order?

You cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed, you can cancel the order if not shipped.

Can the delivery be rescheduled if I am not available to collect my order?

Rescheduling delivery at requested time may not be possible. However, our courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver the order before returning it back to us.

What if money gets debited from my account and order is not placed?

For unsuccessful orders the amount usually gets credited back to your account within 7 days. Please get in touch with your bank in case delayed beyond 7 days.

Do you offer customization on products?

Yes, we offer customization for bulk orders only on selected products. Kindly get in touch with our customer support team for further details.

Can we redeem Gift Vouchers purchased from store on website?

Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at stores and cannot be redeemed on any online channels.

How will my product be packed?

Each product packaging is designed as appropriate for the product and all the products are nicely bubble wrapped and corrugated to avoid any transit damages.
